Project Assessment Frameworks
Configure management and technical unit frameworks, indicators, coverage presets, and workflows for project assessments.
Project assessment frameworks define how delivery quality is measured — separate from performance assessment templates (which evaluate people).
Where to find it
Admin → Project assessment frameworks
Delivery admins may also use Delivery → Delivery configuration → Assessment frameworks.
Framework types
| Type | Use for |
|---|---|
| Management Unit (MU) | Process, governance, communication, planning |
| Technical Unit (TU) | Engineering quality, security, reliability |
What you configure
- Framework — Name, type, version, active/archived.
- Indicators — Scoring dimensions and guidance text assessors see.
- Coverage presets — Which indicator groups apply to which client or project profiles.
- Workflow — Allowed statuses (draft → submit → calibrate → publish).
After publishing a framework
- Users with assessment access can start runs tied to that framework.
- Changes to published frameworks may require a new version; coordinate with delivery leads before editing live indicators.
Enable Overview for users
In Settings → Features, enable Project Assessments Overview so delivery users see the analytics tab. See Project Assessments.
