Upskilling Campaigns

Organization-wide upskilling campaigns with full audience scope, reconcile, and telemetry.

Admins with admin OKRs can create upskilling campaigns for any audience in the tenant — not limited to a manager’s reporting line.

Admin capabilities

In addition to manager flows (draft, launch, pause, close):

  • Full audience scope — target any department, project, or person in the tenant.
  • Reconcile — on launched or paused campaigns, run Reconcile materialization to align objectives and assignments with the current audience and templates (same behavior as the ops CLI pnpm db:reconcile:upskilling-campaigns for a single campaign).
  • Telemetry — review sync run IDs, counters, per-person failures, and the full event log on the campaign detail page.
  1. Create a draft with audience filters and templates.
  2. Preview audience and confirm counts.
  3. Launch to a pilot group (small person ID list).
  4. Verify materialized objectives under Member OKRs and assignments under Learning.
  5. Expand audience or edit templates in a new campaign version (draft only; launched definitions are snapshotted at launch).
