Pulse Surveys

Respond to short pulse surveys assigned by your organization about sentiment, skills confidence, or team health.

Pulse surveys are short questionnaires your organization sends to capture sentiment, confidence, or quick feedback — often on a regular cadence.

Where to find them

  • My View — Look for Pulse surveys in the sidebar or dashboard alerts when a survey is active.
  • You may also receive a direct link from your manager or admin.

How to respond

  1. Open the survey from the list or notification.
  2. Answer each question (ratings, multiple choice, or free text — depends on the survey).
  3. Submit when finished. You usually cannot edit answers after submit.

Privacy and visibility

  • Who sees aggregated results depends on your org’s policy (often managers and admins, not individual attribution for small teams).
  • If unsure, ask your HR or admin contact.
