Navigation & Workspaces
SkillHouse organizes the product into workspaces with a unified sidebar. What you see depends on your role and permissions.
Workspaces
| Workspace | Who sees it | Purpose |

| People | Managers, HR, org design | Team, 1:1s, OKRs, upskilling campaigns. |
| Delivery | Delivery leads, account owners | Accounts (TRACK), projects, performance, project assessments, compliance, analytics. |
| Learning | Managers, instructors | Assignments; admins also reach trainings/skills catalog management via cross-links. |
| 1:1 | Facilitators | Meetings, structure, read-only performance and projects for facilitatees. |
| Operations | Admins | Members, invites, onboarding, departments. |
| Integrations | Admins | Integration hub (Google, Slack, GitHub, webhooks, etc.). |
| Admin | Admins | Frameworks, templates, content, settings, audit. |
Use the workspace switcher at the top of the sidebar. The menu updates to show only pages for the active workspace.
Canonical homes
- OKRs & campaigns (manager) → People workspace
- OKRs & campaigns (admin config) → Admin workspace
- Project assessment runs → Delivery workspace
- PA frameworks & TRACK settings → Admin (shortcuts also appear in Delivery)
Sidebar
- Collapsible — collapse to icons for more space.
- Cross-links — some pages appear in multiple workspaces; follow the workspace switcher for primary context.
- Help — hover hints (?) explain jargon on complex actions.
Global Search (Cmd+K / Ctrl+K)
- Press Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows/Linux), or use the header search trigger.
- Type your query (person name, doc title, action).
- Select a result to navigate.
Theme & Locale
- Theme — light/dark toggle in the header or profile settings when enabled.
- Locale — English / Spanish via the locale switcher; documentation follows your preference.
AI Assistant
Open Assistant from My View sidebar or dashboard quick actions. SkillBot can search people, capabilities, tenant knowledge, and platform help docs for how-to questions.
