Capability Distribution

Analyze team capability fit, skill gaps, and launch learning assignments from the capability distribution report.

The Capability distribution report shows how well people match required capabilities — and where gaps cluster — so you can plan learning and staffing.

Where to find it

Delivery → Analytics → Capability distribution

Admins can open the same report from Admin → Analytics.

What you see

  • Distribution by capability — How many people meet, partially meet, or miss requirements
  • Drill-down by bucket — Lists of people in each fit category
  • Trends (when available) — How distribution changes over time

Taking action

From a bucket drill-down you can often:

  1. Select people who need development in a skill.
  2. Choose a target skill or learning path.
  3. Create learning assignments in bulk for your reports.

This closes the loop from insight to development without leaving the report.

Tip: Use Team analytics for general skill levels; use Capability distribution when roles or capabilities define the target state.
